1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BBT Institute website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Course Registration and Payment

When registering for courses or programs offered by BBT Institute:

• All registrations must be completed using the official application forms or online registration system.
• Payment terms are specified for each course. Some courses require a deposit or full payment before commencement.
• Course fees are subject to change, but the fee quoted at the time of your registration will be honored.
• Installment payment plans may be available for certain courses and must be arranged in advance.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days before the course start date for a full refund.
• Cancellations received 7-14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 7 days before the course start date.
• BBT Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses, in which case a full refund will be offered if no suitable alternative is available.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, videos, and assessments, are the intellectual property of BBT Institute or its licensors. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all training sessions and when using our facilities or online platforms. BBT Institute reserves the right to remove students from courses for disruptive behavior without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

BBT Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

7. Amendments to Terms

BBT Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
